Why Audit Logs Matter

DartStream is an operations platform. Teams need to know:

  • who changed a runtime control

  • when a subscription or entitlement changed

  • which provider credential or integration was updated

  • whether a production change was made intentionally

  • what changed before an incident

Events to Track

The audit model should include:

  • login and account changes

  • user and role updates

  • billing and subscription changes

  • feature flag or live config edits

  • provider connection changes

  • project and environment changes

  • enterprise request activity
